  -We sell all our items thru our online store and do not have a physical store which you can visit.

  -Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.
  
  
• What happens if my order arrives damaged?
  -You have 30 days from the point your package arrives to tell us if there is a fault with your product. If we do not hear of any complaints within this timeframe it is acknowledged by you that we have taken this to mean that you are happy with your order and there are no issues to resolve.

  -Please be aware you can find detailed information about materials and the assembly of your wall art on the product description of each item, where you can find all you need to know about the material and how to hang and install your product. • What batteries does the clocks on your shop run on?
  -Most of the clocks we carry are powered by a single AA battery. Some clocks with more complex movements might require more. Table top clocks might require a AAA battery or you can simple check on the back of the clock.

  -Maximum burn times vary from candle to candle, so it is important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Always extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 2 inches of wax remains (½ inch if a container candle or jar candle).

  -Ceramic vases can hold water for about 4 weeks and not for too long of a duration. They may become prone to leakage when the ceramic turns porous over time. It’s best to place flowers in the vase for a short period to eliminate the potential issue.
   
• Can You Use Ceramic Vases For Flowers?
  -You can use ceramic vases for flowers since they're designed to showcase beautiful fresh flowers. When placing water inside, the flower can receive the liquid elixir with zero problems.

  -Yes, both sleep sacks and swaddles come in various size options to accommodate babies of different ages and sizes. It's essential to choose the correct size for a proper fit and safe sleep.
  
  
• At what age should I use a swaddle, and when should I transition to a sleep sack?
  -Swaddles are typically suitable for young infants up to around 3-4 months old, depending on their developmental stage and preferences. Once your baby starts showing signs of rolling over or resists being swaddled, it's time to transition to a sleep sack for safer sleep.
