-We sell all our items thru our online store and do not have a physical store which you can visit.

-Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
-You have 30 days from the point your package arrives to tell us if there is a fault with your product. If we do not hear of any complaints within this timeframe it is acknowledged by you that we have taken this to mean that you are happy with your order and there are no issues to resolve.

Can I wash any kind of Cloth material in a washing machine?
-Most cloth material in our store are removable and commonly safe to be washed using a washing machine. But if there are products with delicate materials, you can check the product description for proper care and washing instructions.

What batteries does the clocks on your shop run on?
-Most of the clocks we carry are powered by a single AA battery. Some clocks with more complex movements might require more. Table top clocks might require a AAA battery or you can simple check on the back of the clock.

-The most commonly used candle wax is paraffin. Beeswax, soy wax, palm wax, gels, and synthetic waxes are also frequently used in candles. Different blends of these waxes are popular with many manufacturers.

How long should I burn a candle?
-Maximum burn times vary from candle to candle, so it is important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Always extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 2 inches of wax remains (½ inch if a container candle or jar candle).

-Swaddles are typically suitable for young infants up to around 3-4 months old, depending on their developmental stage and preferences. Once your baby starts showing signs of rolling over or resists being swaddled, it's time to transition to a sleep sack for safer sleep.
